How does the AI video screening service work?
Its a 3 step process
Step 1, employer creates a job profile and invite candidates over email or share a public interview link. Step 2, Candidates joins an AI interview, just a like a video call, AI conducts the interview and candidate responses is recorded. Questions are based on predefined skills listed in job description. Step 3, Our AI then analyzes these responses for key skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. The results are presented in an easy-to-read format, allowing you to make informed decisions quickly.
How are interview questions generated?
Our Generative AI, generates questions based on the job role, industry, candidate experience and skills employer wants to evaluate. AI also takes into account the answer candidate gave so far to ask unique questions to each candidate. You can also customize or add your own questions to match specific requirements.

How are candidates' responses evaluated?
Responses are evaluated based on various criteria including verbal communication, non-verbal cues, and content relevance. Our AI uses advanced algorithms to provide unbiased assessments.
Can I evaluate candidates for any role?

What languages are supported?
Veloxhire.AI supports more than 70 languages. And different variations of English for different regions and their accent. For Indian language we support, Hindi, Gujarati, Bengali, Kannada, Malyalam, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu and English (Indian accent).
How do AI interviews fit in the current interview process?
AI interviews can be used as a preliminary screening tool, saving time for your hiring managers by filtering out unqualified candidates early on. Your existing process won’t change a bit. Our AI uses advanced proctoring features to detect unusual behaviour, background noises, and other signs that indicate a candidate might be cheating. Our AI will flag any such instances and Recruiter can take call about candidate accordingly.
How long does it take for Veloxhire.AI to generate a candidate feedback report after an interview?
Feedback reports are typically generated within seconds after the interview is completed, providing timely insights for your hiring decisions. Proctoring events will be analyzed along with video recording and may take up to 10 mins to reflect in the report.
Can I create my own questions for AI to ask?
Yes, you can fully customize the interview questions to align with your specific hiring needs and job requirements. Once, AI has asked all the questions it will continue with the skills and ask question by itself. Your questions will help AI in nudging in the way you want to conduct the interview.
Which browser should I use for the best experience?
For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome.
Will the AI be able to detect if the candidate is reading from internet?
Yes, absolutely. Our Anti-cheat system will flag such candidates and you will be able to see in recording the suspicious behaviour too to take appropriate call.
What kind of insights Veloxhire.AI provide after the interview?
Veloxhire.AI provides insights on communication skills, confidence, subject matter knowledge, and overall candidate suitability for the role. Also, the AI proctoring will help you check for any cheating or suspicious activity during the interview.
Can candidates review their interview recordings or change their answers?
No, candidates do not have access to review their interview recordings to maintain the integrity of the assessment process.
How does it keep the candidate engaged in the interview?
Dynamic questions, generated at interview time, based on the completeness/accuracy of the answer and a user-friendly interface help keep candidates engaged throughout the interview process.
Can I (employer) download candidate videos?
Yes, you can download candidate interview videos for your records and further review.

How does the scheduling feature work for candidates?
Candidates either receive an interview invite email or they can use the public link to generate interview invite email themself. Then they can use the interview invite email to attend interview anytime of their choice.
How long does a Veloxhire.AI interview take?
It depends on the employer. They control the time limit of interview. Generally it is between 15-30 mins long but can be created as long as 2 hours if needed.
Can candidates retake their interviews if needed?
Generally, candidates cannot retake their interviews to ensure fairness and consistency. However, exceptions can be managed by the hiring team on a case-by-case basis, and recruiter can resend the invite again to same candidate if needed.
What happens if the candidate accidentally stops the interview, can they rejoin?
Yes, For scenarios like accidently closing the interview tab or browser, candidate can re-join withing stipulated time frame to continue the interview.
What kind of questions can candidates expect during the interview?
AI will ask questions based on how employer have configured the assessment. If there are questions added by emplyer then those will be asked otherwise AI will ask questions based on job role, industry and experience required. Candidate can expect questions similar to what human interviewer would ask for the job role.
What happens if I need to pause or stop the AI interview due to an emergency?
If you need to pause or stop the interview, inform the hiring team immediately. They can reschedule or provide guidance on how to proceed based on the specific situation.
Can I use virtual backgrounds or filters during the AI video interview?
Currently, using virtual backgrounds or filters is not supported, as it may interfere with the AI's ability to accurately assess the candidate's responses and non-verbal cues.
Can I give the interview using the phone?
No, candidates cannot use their smartphones to participate in the interview, as it may be easier to cheat on phone compared to laptop/desktop.

Is there a free trial period available to test out the AI interviewer tool?
Yes, Veloxhire.AI provides a free trial period for new users to test the platform. Free trial include all the features and allow up to 5 interviews in trial period.
How is pricing determined for different usage levels or volumes of interviews?
Pricing is based on the volume of interviews and the specific features you need. Higher volumes typically qualify for better rates.
How much does Veloxhire cost per user?
There is no per user cost. You can add users based on the limit of your plan.
Can pricing be customized based on specific business needs or requirements?

Are there any hidden fees or charges that users should be aware of?
No, there are no hidden fees. All costs are transparent and outlined in the pricing plans.
Are there any restrictions on the number of interviews per pricing tier?
Each pricing tier may have limits on the number of interviews. Refer to the specific plan details for these limits on our Pricing Page
Are there any additional costs for technical support or customer service?
Each paid plan comes with the support included. Technical support and customer service both are available 24x7 and you can contact us using email, phone, chat or video call.
What happens if I exceed the usage limits of my current pricing plan?
When you reach usage limit on number of interviews, you will not be able to invite more candidates. In this case either you can delete old invited candidate which are not going to attend the interview to reclaim the interview back or you can ask us to increase the number of interview limit.
What if I am not satisfied with the tool? Can we ask for a refund?
We have no question asked refund policy. If unsatisfied, just drop us an email and we will give full refund.
